Can I change or cancel my order?
We completely understand, we change our minds too…
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it.
If your item(s) aren’t quite right, you’re welcome to return them for a refund, provided they are unworn and in their original condition.
Please note, a £10 return shipping fee will be deducted once your return has been received and processed.
I haven’t received my order confirmation or tracking email?
You may find your email in your junk or spam folder, as they can occasionally be filtered there.
If it’s still missing, feel free to get in touch, we’ll be happy to help. There may have been a small error with the email address entered at checkout.
Will my order be subject to additional duties or tariffs?
No — all applicable taxes and duties are covered by us, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.
Which currencies can I shop in?

All prices and payments are shown in your selected currency, and you’ll be charged accordingly at checkout.
Please note, any currency conversion fees are set by your bank and are outside of our control.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Can I ship to a PO box or APO address?
No, we’re unable to ship to international PO boxes or APO addresses at this time. If an order is placed with one of these addresses, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason it is not quite right, we are happy to assist with a return.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all tags and hygiene liners intact
- Free from marks, stains, or fragrances
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, all swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Returns that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.
How to request a return?
To request a return, please contact info@lamarae.com with your order number.
If your return is approved, you will receive further instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label.
Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
A £10 return fee will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed. This fee covers the cost of the prepaid return label provided.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Items purchased with a discount of 20% or more
- Gift cards
- Items returned without tags or hygiene liners
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase an alternative size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item.
Promotional Purchases
If an item purchased using a promotional code (under 20%) is returned, the refund or store credit will reflect the amount paid at checkout.
Replacement items are subject to current pricing at the time of purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting images.
We will resolve this promptly.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the £10 return fee. Processing times may vary depending on your provider.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
All items must still meet the return conditions outlined above.

Swimwear care instructions

Cherish your pieces and they’ll make every sun-kissed moment unforgettable.
- Rinse immediately after use to limit exposure to salt & chlorine.
- Hand wash separately in cold water with mild soap.
- Do not machine wash, twist, soak, or bleach.
- No ironing, tumble drying, or dry cleaning. Lay flat in shade to dry.
- Avoid rough surfaces, which can pull delicate fabric.
- Some colors may transfer when wet. Avoid light clothing over damp swimwear.
- For styles with chains, keep lotions & oils away to preserve the gold-plated finish.
- Heavily chlorinated pools & spas may cause fading or wear. Sunscreens, oils, & chemicals can also affect color & fabric.
Failure to follow to these care guidelines may result in damage to your item, which will not be treated as a faulty product.
